Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are unhappy with your Butcher & Baker product, we will gladly accept it as a return with just a few conditions. If the product is defective we will replace it. Just call us to arrange for a return label and we'll send you a new one. If it is a clothing item other than an apron, you just need to let us know within 15 days of the day you received delivery of your goods. If you receive one of our aprons or knife rolls and it suffers damage other than normal wear & tear due to a defect, we will gladly accept it back to be repaired or replaced.
